font_container=&#8221;tag:h1|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>In this guideline, the personal information controller must comply with Article 30 of the \u300cPersonal Information Protection Act\u300d (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAct\u201d) regarding the procedures and standards for handling personal information, established for the purpose of supporting transparent writing and disclosure.<\/li>\r\n<li>In addition, by writing the personal information processing policy based on the \u2018principle of personal information protection\u2019 in accordance with Article 3 of the Act, we would like to propose specific cases and guidelines for the preparation and disclosure of the personal information processing policy in a way that is not formal and is consistent with the original purpose of guaranteeing the rights of information subjects.<\/li>\r\n<li>By appropriately preparing and disclosing the \u2018Personal Information Handling Policy\u2019, we aim to increase the transparency of personal information processing and allow data subjects to check and compare how their personal information is being processed through the policy at all times.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner column_margin=&#8221;default&#8221;
